Aureka (ASX: AKA) Strikes $8.9m Victorian Mine-and-Mill Deal

Aureka has agreed to acquire an operating Victorian underground mine and processing mill for $8.9 million. The mostly scrip-funded deal remains subject to conditions and shareholder approvals.
