Stakk has secured a five-year agreement worth approximately A$12.95 million with US banking infrastructure provider Candescent. The deployed technology will generate about A$2.59 million in annual revenue through 2030.

Stakk has completed its US$63 million ParaScript acquisition, taking combined FY2026 pro forma revenue to A$45.24 million. The funding includes substantial new equity and a secured seller’s note carrying 10.8% annual interest.
