0:00 / 2:51WhiteHawk has completed its acquisition of Quixxi Pty Ltd, adding artificial intelligence governance, AI cybersecurity and mobile application protection to its existing cyber risk platform.
The transaction brings an established international customer base and approximately A$575,000 of FY25 revenue into WhiteHawk. Quixxi’s customers span central and commercial banks, insurers, fintechs, telecommunications providers and government entities.
Shareholders approved the acquisition at an extraordinary general meeting on 8 October 2026, with each resolution receiving more than 95% support from non-associated shareholders. WhiteHawk said all completion requirements under the share sale agreement announced in April had now been met.
The acquisition also gives WhiteHawk exposure to a recently secured contract. Quixxi’s Clarity AI platform was selected for a four-year binding agreement with a major Italian industrial group, worth A$635,237.96 from 1 November 2026. DoxAI Australia led that engagement and will provide its automation solutions, while Quixxi will supply Clarity AI.
New products and customers
Quixxi adds five products to WhiteHawk’s portfolio. Clarity AI inventories an organisation’s AI systems and supports risk assessments, governance workflows and board reporting. PromptGuard is designed to prevent sensitive information from being entered into generative AI prompts.
Its application security range comprises Quixxi Scan, which tests applications and application programming interfaces for vulnerabilities; Quixxi Shield, which protects mobile applications against cloning and tampering; and Quixxi Supervise, which monitors live threats against deployed apps.
Quixxi Scan’s dynamic application security testing technology is covered by one of Quixxi’s two US patent applications. The broader platform is built on SOC 2 Type II foundations, according to WhiteHawk.
WhiteHawk plans to integrate Clarity AI into its existing Cyber Risk Program and add AI risk profiles to Cyber Risk Radar, which monitors risks across customer supply chains. A unified dashboard spanning cyber, data and AI risk is also on the integration roadmap.
The commercial rationale rests partly on selling the additional products to the risk, compliance and executive buyers already using WhiteHawk’s services. Quixxi also provides entry into mobile security and industries including banking, fintech, professional services and education, while expanding the products available to defence and government customers.
WhiteHawk said Quixxi’s products are suited to subscription and partner-led delivery, supporting its objective of building recurring and international revenue. However, the five sector examples included in the announcement were expressly described as fictional illustrations of potential use cases, rather than customer contracts or forecasts.
The immediate task is now integration and commercial delivery. WhiteHawk intends to combine its existing cyber risk assessments and supply-chain monitoring with Quixxi’s AI governance and application security capabilities, giving it a broader product set beyond its established cyber resilience business.
